1Acceptance of Terms

You also confirm you meet all eligibility requirements, including being aged 18 or over and being permitted under the laws applicable to your location to use online betting and gaming services.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

• Verification: bet639 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage — on registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if any unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.
• Pakistan residency: bet639 is operated for and directed at adult players. You are responsible for ensuring that using the platform is consistent with the laws of your location.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bet639 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of the platform. Available methods may change over time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the deposit section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Your own funds: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your bet639 account, is not permitted.
• Withdrawal conditions: Before processing a withdrawal, bet639 may verify your identity and confirm that any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirement will not be processed.
• Declined transactions: bet639 is not responsible for fees or delays imposed by third-party payment providers. If a deposit or withdrawal is declined by your payment provider, please contact them directly.

bet639 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — particularly for international bank transfers. Check with your provider before initiating large transfers.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bet639 offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these overall Terms.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonus offers require you to wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) a specified number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable real PKR. The wagering requirement for each promotion is shown in its terms.
• Eligible games and odds: Not all games and bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically count at 100%, while live casino bets may count at a lower rate. Minimum odds restrictions apply to some offers.
• Expiry: All bonus funds have an expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered through before expiry are removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: In most cases, only one active bonus may be held on an account simultaneously. Claiming a new bonus while another is active is subject to the specific rules of each promotion.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.

5Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at bet639 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, and Pakistan home series), football, esports, and other sports as listed in the betting section. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bet639 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is a suspicion of match manipulation, account compromise, or technical error.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided where the event is cancelled, abandoned before completion of the minimum required play, or where odds were posted in clear error. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted based on the live state of the match at the time of placement. bet639 is not responsible for delays between the live event and the display of odds. Bets placed after the relevant event within the match has concluded may be voided.
• Cricket-specific rules: For cricket matches, the result is determined by the official governing body result at the scheduled conclusion of the match. In cases of DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) application, the official adjusted result stands. Abandoned matches — those with no result declared — are typically voided.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs at their original odds. A single-leg accumulator that is voided becomes void overall.

6Casino & Live Casino

The bet639 Game Lobby and Live Casino sections are provided for entertainment. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer feeds from reputable game providers. The following conditions apply.

• Game outcomes: Casino game outcomes are determined by the RNG or the physical outcome of the live dealer game. bet639 does not manipulate outcomes. If a technical error occurs during a game round, the round may be voided and your stake returned.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to its normal rules. For live casino games, this means the hand or spin plays out without your further input. bet639 is not responsible for losses caused by network or device issues on your end.
• Game availability: Games may be removed, updated, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Ongoing promotions tied to specific games will be adjusted accordingly if a game becomes unavailable during the promotion period.
• Live casino conduct: In live casino games, you must behave respectfully toward dealers and other players in any chat functionality. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour in live chat is grounds for suspension from live casino tables.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet639. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any balance derived from the prohibited activity.

• Arbitrage and matched betting: Placing opposing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — either within bet639 or across multiple platforms — is not permitted.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated software, script, or tool to interact with the bet639 platform — including to place bets, spin games, or exploit bonuses — is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player games, is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• Money laundering: bet639 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or financial crime. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• False identity: Using false personal information, impersonating another person, or registering using another person's payment details is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• System exploitation: Attempting to exploit any error, vulnerability, or malfunction in the bet639 platform or its games is prohibited. Winnings derived from known errors are not payable and any request to withdraw them will be declined.

8Account Suspension & Closure

bet639 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Account self-exclusion request by the account holder
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to dormancy procedures)

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance or balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real money deposits are returned where legally required and where identity verification has been completed. You may close your account at any time by contacting support through your account.

9Responsible Gaming
